What we collect and why
We save your work email, optional business name, client-site count range, request time and the fact that the request came from this landing page. We use these details only to contact you about the pilot you requested. Submitting the form does not create an account or subscribe you to a newsletter. No email is sent automatically.
Where it is stored
Pilot requests are stored in the project’s PostgreSQL database. Contact details are available to the project operator through database access, not a public contact list. We review requests manually and remove details when they are no longer needed for the pilot or when you ask us to. There is no automatic deletion schedule yet.
Simple, anonymous counts
We record landing-page views, pilot-button clicks and new pilot submissions with a timestamp. These event records contain no contact details or visitor identifiers. They help us understand interest in the pilot. We do not set tracking cookies, store IP addresses or user-agent strings, or use fingerprints, third-party analytics or advertising pixels.
No sale of data
We do not sell your details or use them for advertising or unrelated marketing.
